It is not every day, especially in the online world, that you see proper customer service. What I experienced today with NationVoice (www.nationvoice.com) went beyond 'good' customer service. It was exemplary of what other voice providers should strive for. Due to an outage, our Ventrilo server had gone offline for about 30 minutes. I sent in a support ticket explaining the severe amount of issues the server outage caused us. Within about 25 minutes, one of their admins hopped in our Ventrilo, personally apologized, and gave me a free month of service. Like I said, epic customer service. Amazing quality servers, and pretty damn close to 100% uptime. Highly recommended if you're looking for VOIP products.

Nation Voice has been a wonderful experience overall, as well as a fantastic ventrilo server! When I first cam here looking for a new vent server I actually got the chance to speak to the owner/creator personally. Nation Voice genuinely cares about their customers and are very helpful and up front about all their services. I could not ask for more out of a ventrilo host!

I have just purchased an account and am pleased with it so far. The package for a lifetime membership is also very cool. I would be interested in seeing more of a break on a per-user price with the lifetime memberships as the number of users increases, however. For now, it seems like they are all at $10/user/life, but price breaks for more users would be very appreciated.

Used NationVoice a long time ago for quite sometime was always great, and now that I wanted to get a Ventrilo Server, I came straight back to NationVoice. The initial experience was so good, I just had to come back, my #1 choice for VOIP Services.

Well I haven't had an account that I was paying for until recently, but the application I have used with friends before works fine. I was a little concerned when I could not get logged in to the customer control center, but with the help of Phillip, the issue was resolved.
