To upgrade your server you must first buy an entirely new server then wait to be reimbursed. There were some problems, partially due to my not initially setting up my credit card information properly in Pay Pal, that cause some delays in getting my Vent server set up, which I was worried would prevent my guild from being able to use it for a guild event tonight after we suddenly found out that we lost access to our previous server this morning due to a one of our members quitting. However, John was able to expedite the process, and we're all excited that we'll be able to hear each other and have an more enjoyable experience, thanks to his efforts. One suggestion that I would make would be to place a link on www.nationvoice.com to the customer account login page at www.nationvoice.com/clients. A large part of my anxiety was due to the fact that in the afternoon, I saw that Pay Pal had processed the payment of my account, but I was unable to log in using the login prompt on the main home page. It wasn't later that I found out that there was a separate login page to get to the customer account information, and that the login prompt on the main page would not work until after the server had been completely set up. I'll admit that I skimmed through the initial email I received (trying to do web browsing on a Treo can be aggrevating at times), but a simple link from the main page to the account login page would be very helpful for new customers, and relatively easy to add.
